These are the digital archives of official documentation produced by the WTPCC. Prior to 2003 when the council transitioned to email and the web, the primary method of distributing documents like Agendas, Minutes, Position Papers and Letters, was paper-only. It’s our hope that eventually, we will be able to scan and post the older paper-only documents that have been preserved from before the electronic era.
